摘要
目的了解消痤洁肤乳膏在体外的抗菌效果。方法分别测定最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC),MIC测定采用试管液体二倍稀释法,MBC测定采用平皿法。结果消痤洁肤乳膏对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌及痤疮丙酸杆菌均有杀灭作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC6538、表皮葡萄球菌CMCC26069及痤疮丙酸杆菌CMCC65102的MIC和MBC均<0.125μg/mL;金黄色葡萄球菌临床分离菌株的MIC<0.125μg/mL,MBC为0.25μg/mL。结论消痤洁肤乳膏对寻常痤疮常见致病菌具有抑菌作用。
Objective To study the bacteriostasis of XCJF cream in vitro. Methods The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) were measured respectively. Test tube continuous dilution method was used to measure MIC and agar plate continuous dilution method was used to measure MBC. Results The MIC to Staphylococcus aureus(ATCC6538), Staphylococcus epidermidis(CMCC26069) and acne propionic acid bacillus (CMCC65102) was less than 0. 125 μg/mL; MBC to Staphylococcus aureus (clinical separate strain) was 0. 25 μg/mL, the others were less than 0. 125 μg/mL. Conclusion XCJF cream has obvious inhibitory effect on the acne vulgaris in vitro.
