摘要
目的建立桃红颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC法)对处方中的芍药、丹皮、益母草、生地、丹参进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)对芍药、丹皮中的芍药苷进行含量测定。结果在TLC图谱中可检测出芍药、丹皮、益母草、生地黄、丹参的特征斑点,芍药苷的线性范围是0.329~1.974μg(r=0.9995),平均回收率为99.0%,RSD=1.36%(n=5)。结论所建立的方法简便、准确,可用于桃红颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish a quality standard for Taohong granules. Methods TLC was used to identify Radix paeonlal Rubra, Cortex moutan, Herba leonari, Radix Rehmanniae and Radix salvlae mutiorrhiyae. Paeoniflorin content in Taohong granules was determined by HPLC. Results The relevant spots in Radix paeonlal Rubra, Cortex moutan, Herba leonari, Radix Rehmanniae and Radix salvlae mutiorrhiyae could be identified by TLC. Paconiflorin showed a good linear correlation in the range of 0. 329-1. 974μg( r = 0. 999 5), the average recovery rate was 99.0%, with RSD 1.36% (n = 5). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and can be used for quality control of Taohong granules.
