摘要
目的筛选对虎杖中白藜芦醇苷具有最佳吸附和解吸作用的树脂。方法用不同的树脂对白藜芦醇苷作静态吸附,以吸附量和解吸量为考察指标,选择最佳的树脂。结果SP850树脂饱和吸附量可达16.12mg/g,吸附率为93.29%;以75%的乙醇为洗脱液,解吸量为10.53mg/g,解吸率为74.44%,明显优于其他树脂。结论SP850树脂对虎杖中白藜芦醇苷有较好的吸附分离性能。
Objective To select the optimum resin of adsorption and elution of piceid in Polygonum cuspidatum, Methods To perform static adsorption of piceid on different resin. The static adsorption capacity and elution ratio were used to evaluate and select the better resin. Results Resin SP-850 was better than others. The static adsorptive capacity of piceid was 16. 12 mg/g,and the adsorptive ratio was 93. 29%. The static elufive capacity with 75% ethanol was 10. 53 mg/g,and the elutive ratio was 74.44%. Conclusion Resin SP-850 has good adsorption and separation porformance to piceid from Polygonum cuspidatum.
