摘要
以丁氧基甲基丙烯酰胺(BOA)为活性单体,采用种子乳液聚合方法制备了PSt/P(BA-BOA)〔聚苯乙烯/聚(丙烯酸丁酯-丁氧基甲基丙烯酰胺)〕核壳型复合乳液.用透射电子显微镜观察了乳液粒子的微观状态,采用粒度分析仪测定了乳液粒子的粒径及其分布,对乳液的流变性能进行了测试.考察了聚合方式。
PSt/P(BA BOA) core/shell composite emulsion was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization. The morphology, size and distribution of particles were characterized by TEM and PCS; the rheological properties of copolymer emulsion were studied, moreover, the effects of polymerization methods and emulsifier content on the size, distribution of particles and the rheological property were investigated.
