盐酸吗啡缓释片治疗晚期癌症疼痛102例

Morphine Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets for Treating Cancer Pain in 102 Cases

目的观察盐酸吗啡缓释片对晚期癌症的镇痛效果。方法对102例中、重度癌痛患者进行治疗,盐酸吗啡缓释片开始剂量为30mg,每12h服药1次,在用药的过程中根据疼痛缓解程度来调整剂量。结果102例显效68例(66.7%),有效29例(28.4%),无效5例(4.9%),总有效率为95.1%。结论盐酸吗啡缓释片治疗癌症疼痛疗效显著,毒副反应轻,安全可行。

Objective To observe the analgesic effect of morphine hydrochloride sustained- release tablets on cancer patients at late stage. Methods 102 patients with moderate and severe pain were treated with morphine hydrochloride sustained- release tablets whose beginning usage was 30 mg/12 h, and the dosage was adjusted individually according to the analgesic effect. Results 67% （68 patients） obtained obvious effect, 28% （29 patients） got partial effect and 5% （5 patients） showed no effect. The total effective rate was 95%. Conclusion Morphine hydrochloride sustained- release tablets have a significant therapeutic effect on the cancer pain with lower side effect of toxicity and higher safety.
