肿节风注射液治疗急性上呼吸道感染68例

Observation of Curative Effects of Zhongjefeng on Acute Upper Respiratory Infection in 68 Cases

目的评价传统中药肿节风对急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法将128例患者随机分为2组,治疗组68例给予肿节风注射液10mL,对照组60例给予利巴韦林250mg,均静脉滴注,2次/d,疗程均为5～8d。结果治疗组和对照组治愈率分别为55.88%(38/68)和46.67%(28/60),P<0.05;总有效率分别为85.29%(58/68)和83.33%(50/60),P>0.05;不良反应发生率分别为4.41%(3/68)和5.0%(3/60),P>0.05。结论肿节风治疗急性上呼吸道感染安全有效。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of proved recipe Zhongjiefeng on acute upper respiratory infection （AURI）. Methods 128 patients with AURI were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group （68 cases） were treated with Zhongjiefeng injection 10 mL, intravenous drip ql2h, while the control group （60 cases） were treated with ribavirin 250 mg intravenous drip, ql2h. The course of treatment for both groups was 5-8 d. Results The cure rates of Zhongjiefeng and the control group were 55.88% （38/68） and 46. 67% （28/60） P〈0. 05, respectively, and effective rates of Zhongjiefeng and the control group were 85.29% （58/68） and 83.33% （50/60）, P〉0. 05, respectively. Adverse events were a few and mild, 4. 41% （3/68） and 5.0% （3/60） in 2 groups P〉0. 05, respectively. Conclusion Zhongjiefeng is an effective and safe in the treatment of AURI.
