摘要
本文报道了5种[2,3'-联-1H-吲哚]-3(2H)-酮团衍生物(1-5)的电子轰击质谱.发现其质谱裂解方式与标题物分子中1一位氮原子的取代类型有失其中,当R1=H时,分子离子按β消除机理开裂为吲哚(A)和吲哚酮(B)的分子离子.而当R1=Me时,分子离子易于丢失MeN或2位苯基给出稳定的碎片离子F和G.
n this paper,the electron impact mass spectra of five[2,3'-bi-1H-indol] 3(2H)ones(1-5) were reported.It was found that the fragmentaion mode of the title compounds depended entirely upon the substitution type on their 1-position nitrogen atom.Thus,the molecular ions of compounds 1 and 2(R1=H) cleavaged exclusively into molecular ions of the corresponding indole(A) and indolone(B) via β- elimination mechanism,whereas the molecular ions of compounds 3-5 (R1=Me) lost MeN or 2 -positon phenyl group leading to stable bogment ions F and G reSpectively.
