固态纳晶染料敏化太阳能电池研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 太阳能转化为电能是太阳能利用的最有潜力的方法之一。染料敏化纳晶TiO2多孔薄膜太阳能电池以其独特的工作原理,廉价的生产成本等突出的优点,引起了世界的广泛地关注,近年来发展极其迅速。
