摘要
现代社会心理环境对于德育的影响越来越强烈。心理环境是指影响教育活动主体内心世界的各种因素的总和。要确立建构心理环境的整体目标。坚持教育优化性原则,确立正确的导向,追求德育心理环境的艺术性和人性化,创建生动多样的德育活动载体等,是建构学校德育心理环境的有效途径。这种建构旨在以环境为载体,形成一种优化的教育生态环境。
The impact of modern socio-mental surroundings on moral education is getting more and more intensive. Such surroundings refer to the sum of all elements affecting the inner world of the subjects of educational activities. In order to set up an over-all target of establishing due mental surroundings, such measures as upholding the principle of optimization, effecting a correct orientation ,going after the artistic and humanistic nature of the surroundings and owning vivid and all-type media of moral activities are the effective ways to building such surroundings. This process aims at forming optimized circumstances for ecological educationwith the surroundings as the vehicle.
