摘要
研究了一种选性地断开糖中烯内基酸的方法.该法基于取代烯内基酸和未取代烯内基醚的反应活性不同,选择性地断开未取代烯内基酸.在研究基础上合成了几个单糖,并对其结构经核磁、质谱、高分辨率质普进行了证实.
We have developed a novel strategy to cleave allyl ethers selectively.This strategy based on the different reactivity of unsubstituted allyl ether and substituted allyl ether. Thus,make it very useful for oligosaccharides synthesis.Also in this paper. some new monosaccharides have been synthesized by us. All the new compounds were confirmed by H NMR, 13C NMR, MS and high resolution MS.
