基于主体意识的城市化动力机制的研究

On the Dynamism of Urbanization

现有城市化动力机制研究侧重于在宏观层面探讨经济发展和城市化的关系,往往难以揭示和反映两者间的作用机理、方式和途径。本文提出“城市行为者”的概念,认为城市化是城市行为者——居民、企业和政府空间行为的结果。而企业是我国现阶段城市化的行为主体,但政府对企业行为以及城市化进程的影响依然很大。

This paper shows that urbanization is the results of spatial behaviors of urban actors（residents, enterprises and governments, revealing the relationship and mechanism between urban actors and urbanization. Based on these, the author defines the dominant position of enterprise in the present urbanization in China and shows how the enterprises＇ behaviors affect the urban development. At last, the paper points out the direction of studies in the future.
