154例乳腺病变术中印片细胞学与冷冻切片诊断分析

Diagnosing Analysis of Imprint Cytology and Frozen Section during Operation from 154 Cases with Breast Masses

目的探讨印片细胞学检查在乳腺病变术中诊断的价值,提高术中快速诊断的准确率。方法对154例乳腺病变术中冷冻切片检查病例,同时进行印片细胞学及冷冻切片诊断,并与术后石蜡切片诊断对比分析。结果154例乳腺肿块术中冷冻切片确诊145例,确诊率94.16%,印片细胞学确诊144例,确诊率93.51%,二者共同确诊150例,确诊率97.4%。结论乳腺病变术中印片细胞学检查,与冷冻切片诊断相互补充,联合应用可提高术中诊断准确率,降低冷冻切片的误诊率。

Objective To study the diagnosing value of imprint cytology and to improve the accuracy of the rapid intraoperatire diagnosis of breast masses. Methods 154 cases with breast masses were detected by both imprint cytology and frosen section during operation,and the results were compared with the postoperation histopathologic diagnosis. Results 145 cases were diagnosed correctly with frozen section （145/154,94.16%） ,144 were diagnosed correctly with imprint cytology （144/154,93.51%）, and 150 cases were diagnosed correctly by combination of imprint cytology and frozen section { 150/154,97.4% ）. Conclusions Combination of imprint cytology and frozen section detection during operation could increase the accuracy of rapid imtraoperative diagnosis of breast masses.
