It is more and more difficult to be employed with their first degree for almost all of the university students nowadays as the new education system appears and the university and college recruitment grows steadily. How to give them a practical guidance is a big challenge for the teacher assistants. Psychologically, university students should be always available to know what he or she must offer after receiving their first degree and how to prepare themselves comprehensively. In his article the potential of the state of the art theory for supervising university student is discussed in terms of different group of students of different majors.
