在构建和谐社会过程中,如何从根本上解决农民工的权益保护问题已成为社会关注的热点。农民工在劳动就业、社会保障、工资待遇等方面的权益与城市人存在差异,民主权、话语权与发展权难以实现。保障农民工权益的关键是落实劳动法,建立负责任的政府,消除体制障碍,提高农民工的积极参与和监督意识。

How to solve the protection problem of the peasant-laborer＇s rights and interests basically is the hot concern of the society in the course of urbanization. There are obvious differences between peasant-laborers and urban workers in employment, social security, salary etc. So it is hard to achieve peasant-laborer＇s democratic rights, discourse power, developing rights. The key to guarantee peasantlaborer＇s rights and interests is to implement Labor Law, to set up the responsible government, to eliminate system obstacles, and to raise peasant-laborer＇s consciousness of participation and supervision.
