论思想政治工作在建设社会主义新农村中的功能

On the function of ideoligical and political work in constructing socialist new countryside

推进社会主义新农村建设,是党中央在深刻分析当前国际国内形势、全面把握我国经济社会发展阶段性特征基础上,从党和国家事业发展的全局出发作出的重大决策,是我们党高度重视农业、农村、农民问题一贯战略思想的继承和发展。思想政治工作具有的教育导向、激励、调节、凝聚、引导五大功能是解决影响社会和谐稳定的非制度性因素的有效手段之一,在建设社会主义新农村中具有不可替代的作用。

The advancement of new socialist rural construction is the significant decision made by the Central Party Committee （CPC） through analyzing current domestic and international situation, on basis of grasping the gradual characteristics of our economic and social development, in view of the overall situation of our party and country, which is also the develpment and succession of the consistent strategic concept to attach great important to problems of agriculture, rural areas and peasant. Ideological and political work with the five functions of the education guidance, drive, adjustment and condensation is one of the effective methods to solve the non-system factor affecting social harmony and stability, it cannot be substituted in constructing new socialist countryside.
