摘要
在当今经济全球化背景下,如何面对日益激烈的竞争和挑战,如何增强自身的竞争力,已成为各种管理机构特别是成人高等学校当前面临和亟待解决的问题。首先讨论了绩效技术的定义,然后分析了我国成人高等教育面临的挑战以及存在的问题,最后通过对我国成人高等教育的绩效管理的思考提出了相应对策。
Today, under the background of economic globalization, how to meet with increasingly drastic competition and challenges and strengthen ourselves has been an urgent problem to various management organizations especially to those of adult higher education management. This article first discusses the definition of performance technology, and then analyzes the challenges and problems adult higher education has been faced with in our country. Finally, the author presents some thoughts and solutions to performance management of adult higher education in China.
