摘要
“大一现象”主要表现为新生对全新环境的不适应,学习缺乏目的性和方向性,心理上的挫折感和孤独感。这种现象的产生主要是因为大学新生难以适应全新的环境,不能及时完成学习方式上的转变,缺乏多种自身能力,心理调适能力相对较弱。针对“大一现象”,在对新生进行适应性教育时,应注意使入学教育内容系统化、完善化,引导新生正确认识大学环境和自我,关心新生生活,提高其自理能力,帮助新生尽快适应大学的学习,通过积极引导学生参加校园文化活动培养提高其综合素质,通过心理教育提高新生自我调节能力和适应能力。
“The freshman phenomenon” mainly shows that the unsuitabifity to the new environment, the study which lacks goal and direction, and the feeling of setback and being alone. The main reason of this phenomenon is the university newborns have difficulties in adapting the new environment, and they can't complete the transformation of the study way in time. They also lack many kinds of abilities and have weaker self-adjustment ability. In view of “The freshman phenomenon”, when we carry on the compatible education to the newborns, we should pay attention to the systematization and consummation of the entrance education, lead newborns to understand the university environment and themselves correctly, care their life, enhance their ability of caring themselves, and help them to adapt to the university study as soon as possible. We can also positively guide the students to participate in the campus culture activity to improve their synthesis quality. Through the psychological education, it can enhance their self-adjustment ability and adaptiveness ability.
