General applicability conditions and some popularization proposals for new formwork and scaffold of our country

近年来，我国新型模板和脚手架行业已初具规模，并取得了良好的技术经济效益和社会效益，但推广应用中还存在一些问题。为进一步扩大推广应用，提出了相应的改革意见和建议。

In recent years. the new formwork and scaffolding business of our country have been fairly developed;and achieved good economy and social efficiency. Nevertheless, there are still some problems in the application and popularization to be solved. In the meantime their appliability, popularization, and renovation proposals have been further promoted considerably.
