摘要 长期以来,我国就一直把“增强体质为主进行全面发展教育”作为学校体育的基本思想和方法,忽视了对学生的人格精神教育。现代教育,需要对体质教育思想作进一步拓展和升华。向人的精神层面拓展,利用人文性的体育教学,“以人为本”充分张扬学生个性,在教学的各个环节,挖掘体育精神元素,注重对学生人格精神的塑造,促进学生身心全面发展。 For a long time, our country has been regarding " building up health in order to mainly realize the development in an all-round way " as basic thought and method of sports of the school ,we have ignored the spiritual education of personality of students. Modem education, need to further expand and sublimate the educational thought of the physique. Expanding to spiritual aspect of people, utilize sports teaching of humanity, " human-oriented " fully publicize student's individual character, each linking in teaching, excavate the play-acting element, the ones that paid attention to to student's personality spirit were moulded, promote student's body and mind to develop in an all-round way.
