摘要
调查分析河南理工大学2003级学生的心理健康状况,结果表明,我校大学生中有13.5%存在中度以上心理问题,主要集中在精神病性、强迫、恐怖、偏执、焦虑、抑郁等方面。本文从教学目标、教学管理、教学内容、教学方法等方面提出了高校体育教学改革提高大学生心理健康水平的对策。
By investigating students' psychological healthy conditions of Henan Engineering University in grade 2003, the author finds that over 13.5% students have psychological problems. They are mainly focuses on insanity, enforcing, consternation, eccentric, anxiety, depression, etc. This paper provide the strategies to University P.E. teaching reform on increasing students' psychological healthy level from teaching goals, teaching management, teaching contents and teaching methods.
