摘要 以地高辛素标记人β-神经生长因子DNA为探针,采用原位杂交的方法观察了小鼠睾丸曲精小管中NGFmRNA的分布情况,发现阳性细胞分布于大部分曲精小管基底至管腔的各级生精细胞中,随着生精细胞成熟度的增加,NGFmRNA表达水平逐步增加,细胞核与间质呈阴性。结果提示:NGF在睾丸中具有自分泌与旁分泌作用的可能,不断促进精子自身的成熟与活力。 TANG Le-Ming Department of Physics WANG Jia-Zheng, YU Yuen-Kai, FAN Ming Institute of Basic Medical Science, Academy of Military Medical Science In situ hybridization using digoxigenin-labeled human β nerve growth factor (NGF) DNA probes was used to demonstrate NGFmRNA at the every stage of spermatogenic cells of testicular seminiferous tubules, where positive cells were scattered from the basal to apical parts. As the spermatogenic cell maturity was enhanced, the positive signal of NGFmRNA became stronger and stronger, and the cell necleus and extracellular matrix were negative. These results suggest that NGF at the testis may act as autocrine or paracrine regulatory agents for promoting maturation or mobility of spermatozoa or both.
