摘要
中国保健食品已有数千年悠久的历史,它对中国人民在疾病预防和康复,调整亚健康状态方面迄今仍发挥着重要的作用。随着社会的不断发展和进步,人们对食品的概念在认识上不断变化。本文就中国保健食品的概念、内涵及展望谈了一些个人意见,供参考。
Chinese healthy food has a long history for thousands of years, it has still played an important role in disease prevention and rehabilitation, as well as for the regulation of subhealth status. Due to the swift and drastic development in economy and elevation in living quality, the public has come to pay much more attention to the diseases prevention and sub-health state adjustment. Health food will, no doubt, be a very big market as well as rapid development. This paper introduced the concept, ingredients and prospect on Chinese health food.
