本文介绍了为提高生物利用率而必须将β-胡萝卜素制剂化,然后分有机溶剂法、研磨法、高温高压处理法和超临界处理法四个方面,综述了β-胡萝卜素制剂化的研究进展。
It is important to use preparation ways to improve β-carotenes＇ bioavailability, and the research and development of four main ways, organic solvent, milling, high temperature high pressure way and supercritical way were reviewed.
