中西医结合治疗输卵管阻塞68例

Treatment of 68 cases of oviducal obstruction with therapies integrated Chinese and western medicine

目的观察用中西医结合的方法治疗输卵管阻塞致不孕的疗效。方法对68例输卵管阻塞致不孕的患者给予中西医结合治疗。中药口服桃红四物汤加减,西药用庆大霉素、地塞米松、糜蛋白酶加生理盐水进行输卵管冲洗通液。结果42例治愈,占61.77%,其中有32例为1级Ⅰ度阻塞,17例怀孕;好转19例,占27.94%。总有效率89.71%。结论中西医结合治疗输卵管阻塞致不孕症,行之有效,适用于基层医院。

Objective To observe the curative effect of the therapies integrated Chinese and western medicine on infertility induced by oviducal obstruction. Method The therapies integrated Chinese and western medicine were given to 68 cases of infertility induced by oviducal obstruction, The administration of gentamicin, dexamethasone and chymotrypsin combined with Tiaohongsiwu Decoction orally and hydrotubation with normal saline. Result There were 42 cases cured （61.77 %）, among them 32 cases with first grade and Ⅰ degree of oviducal obstruction, 17 of pregnancy＇, and 19 relieved （27.94 %）. The total effective rate was 89.71%. Conclusion The therapies integrated Chinese and western medicine is effective in clinical practice and applied to the grass-roots hospitals.
