不同输液温度对老年患者术中体温影响的研究

Research in the effects of different transfusion temperatures on old patients' temperature during operation

目的研究不同输液温度对老年患者术中体温和热能丢失的影响。方法65岁以上腹部手术患者60例,用抽签法分为两组,观察组30例输入的液体用Biegler输液输血加温器加温,使液体输入患者体内时的温度与体温接近,对照组30例按常规输入,持续监测并记录术中食管温度、液体输入量,并计算体热丢失量。结果观察组在手术过程中体温较恒定,而对照组则体温明显下降,体热丢失明显,术毕低体温(<36℃)发生率两组间差异有统计学意义。结论输入加温液体可有效地保持患者术中体温恒定,防止体热丢失、术后寒颤等不良反应。

Objective To study the effects of different transfusion temperatures on old patients＇ temperatures and loss of en- ergy during operation. Method 60 abdominal operation patients who were more than 65 year old were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients in observation group were transfused with the fluid wanned by Biegler warmer, While patients in the control group received routine transfusion. Esophagus temperature and input of fluid were continuously monitored, meanwhile the loss of energy were calculated. Result The observation group＇s temperature was invariable, while the control group＇s decreased markedly and energy lost heavily. Rate of hypothermia （ 〈 36℃） after operation had obvious difference between two groups. Conclusion Wanning transfusion can make the temperature invariable during operation and prevent bad effects such as lass of energy , chill and so on.
