摘要
出入境证件检查历来是每一个主权国家都极为重视的一项工作.研究我国自鸦片战争至建国之初此项工作的发展历程,对于我们扬长避短,在新的历史条件下做好出入境证件检查工作意义深远,同时也为我国出入境证件检查工作的发展、突破提供理论支撑.
Travel document inspection is an important aspect of every sovereign country. The research on the development of travel document examination between the Opium - War and the founding of P. R. C is significant to today＇ s work in this field, and it can also offer theoretical support to the development to our travel document inspection.
