摘要
报告７例原发性肝癌肝静脉下腔静脉转移和其中３例并有右心房转移的超声诊断。结合文献讨论了其生长方式、超声的表现与价值。
evencasesofprimaryhepatomawithmetastasistothehepaticveininferiorvenacavaand3ofthemalsorightatriumdetectedwithtwo-diamensionalultrasoundwerereported.Thegrowthpatterns,ultrasoundmanifestationsandthevaluevalueofultrasoundindiagnosiswerediscussed.Itissuggestedthatacompleteultrasoundscanincludingtheprimarylesion,intrahepaticvein,inferiorvenacavaandtheheartshouldbedoneinpatientofhepatoma.
