摘要
报道经直肠超声检查前列腺增生症６６例，有病理资料者３７例，对前列腺增生症声像图表现及其病理基础作了初步探讨。结果表明：前列腺增生症者，整体前列腺体积增大，整体前列腺与其内腺面积比例明显小于正常组，内腺回声强弱不等，其病理基础可能为增生的前列腺内腺病理结构成分含量不一所致，以纤维组织及血管增生为主者（纤维血管型）回声最强；以腺体增生为主者（腺瘤样型）回声最弱；其余两种类型（纤维肌腺瘤样型。
Sixty-sixcasesofprostatehyperplasiawereexaminedbytransrectalultasound,and37ofthemhadbeenprovedbypathologymaterials.Therelationshipbetweenthesonogramandthepathologicalfoundationoftheprostatehyperplasiawasinvestigated.Theresultsshowed:theprostateenlangedsignificantlyinthegroupofhyperplasiathanthatofthecontrolgroup:thesectionalratiooftheinnerglandtothewholeprostateincreased.Theechoreflectionoftheinnerglandwasheteroge-nous.Thesediferentechopaternsmightbeduetotheirdiferenceinpathologicalcompositions.In-creasedechodersityoccairedinthehyperplasisoffibroustissueandsmalvessels(fibrousandvascu-lartype),decreasedechodeasityappearedinthehyperplasiaofglandtissue(adenomatoustype)andtheechoreflectionoftheothertwotypes(fibromrscularandadenomatoustype,fibromusculartype)wasintermediatebetweentheprecedingtwo.
