摘要
综合分析了我国散装液体化学品陆上接收设备设置的现状及缺乏接收设备的原因,指出了涉及的主要技术问题,并提出了设置散化接收设备的几点建议。
In this paper, present situation of the shore reception facilities for liquid chemicals in bulk is analyzed comprehensively and the reasons for the lack of these facilities are also dealt with fully. The main technological problems involved and suggestions about installing these facilities are mentioned for further discussion.
