摘要
目的分析药物政策的特殊性,指出对其进行研究的必要性。方法移植公共政策学的研究方法,分析药物政策的主体、客体及其特殊性。结果与结论药物政策属于公共政策的研究范畴,但药物政策有自身的特点,通过分析,指出了药物政策的三个特性,即安全性优于经济性、公益性和专业性,从而说明了对药物政策进行研究的必要性。
Objective To discuss the particularity of pharmaceutical policy and advocate the necessity of carrying out pharmaceutical policy researching our country. Methods The main body, object and the particularity of pharmaceutical policy were analyzed by transplanting the method of the public policy subject. Results ＆ Conclusions It is of very great significance to carry out the study of drug policy; for it has its own particularity which＇it is security, commonweal and specialty.
