摘要
目的了解企业医院体制改革初期医务人员的心理健康特点。方法对包头铁路医院在职职工,按不同性别、年龄、职称、工作类别分组,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、社会支持量表、应对方式问卷进行对比调查。结果年龄在45岁以上组、机关后勤组、沿线组的SCL-90总分值显著高于相应对照组(P<0.05),其社会支持率低、积极应对方式低。结论企业医院体制改革这一重大事件对年龄在45岁以上组、机关后勤组、沿线组工作人员的负面影响最大,主要表现在抑郁、焦虑、躯体症状等方面,应引起医院领导及上级主管部门的重视。
Objective To investigate the mental health characteristic of medical workers in enterprise hospital early on structural reform. Method The workers who are on duty are divided into groups by different sex, different age, different function and different work sorts.Investigations by symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90), social support chart and quiz of response are compared with. Results The groups that are over 45, office service and along the line, SCL-90 chief score are more severe as compared with that of the controls (P〈0.05), and the social support is low, the manner of positive meet is low. Conclusions In the course of structural reform of enterprise hospital, it is the biggest opposite effect of the workers who are over 45, office service and along the line.The chief effects include depressed, anxious, body and etc. The leaders of hospital and various circles should Day attention to the these effect.
