摘要
目的:比较青蒿、柴胡解热作用的强弱。方法:选用家兔30只,随机分成正常对照组、空白对照组、青蒿组、柴胡组、阿司匹林组共5组,用大肠杆菌内毒素致热,记录6 h内体温变化,观察和比较青蒿、柴胡解热作用的强弱。结果:青蒿解热作用明显高于柴胡。
Objective： To compare the effection on allaying the fever between Artemisia annua linn and Bupleurum in rabbits. Method： Thirty rabbits with fever induced by endotoxin were randomly allocated into 5 groups： the normal group , the blank control group, the artemisia annua linn group, the bupleurum group, and the aspirin group. The change of rabbits＇ temperature in 6 hours was observed. Result： Artemisia annua linn compared with Bupleurum was more effective in allaying the fever.
