目的:探讨魔芋葡甘露聚糖作为黏合剂在片剂制备中的应用。方法:用魔芋葡甘露聚糖水溶液作为黏合剂制备阿司匹林片。结果:在阿司匹林片制备中可以使用魔芋葡甘露聚糖。结论:以魔芋葡甘露聚糖作为黏合剂,制成的阿司匹林片崩解快,溶出度增大。

Objective： The konjack glucomannan was used in the preparation of aspirin tablets as adhesive. Method： The aqueous solution of konjaek glucomannan was used. Result： Konjack glucomannan can be used in the preparation of the aspirin tablets. Conclusion： Disintegration is quick and dissolution is increased in the aspirin tabelets used konjack glucomannan as adhesive.
