串联四极杆质谱法测定减肥类药品及保健品中非法掺入盐酸芬氟拉明的研究

Detection of Fenfluramine Hydrochloride Illegally Mixed into Slimming Traditional Chinese Medicines and Health Products by Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry

目的:建立检测减肥类药品及保健品中非法掺入的盐酸芬氟拉明专属性方法。方法:采用串联四极杆质谱法。通过相对分子质量、二级质谱碎片信息,对减肥类药品及保健品的提取液进行串联四极杆质谱分析。通过与对照品的质谱行为相比较,对减肥类药品及保健品中非法掺入的化学成分盐酸芬氟拉明进行定性鉴别。结果:在14种受试减肥类药品及保健品中,1种被检测出掺有盐酸芬氟拉明。结论:该方法选择性强,灵敏度高,可作为分析检测减肥类药品及保健品中非法掺入盐酸芬氟拉明的比较有效方法。

Objective： To develop a specific method for the identification of fenfluramine hydroehloride illegally added into slimming traditional chinese medicines and health products. Method： The quadrupole mass spectrometry method was used. After separated by mass spectrometry, the organic extraction of sliming TCM and health products was analyzed. The compounds illegally added into the slimming TCM and health products were identified according to the mass spectral data by comparison with those of reference substances. Result： Fenfluramine was found in one formulations. Conclusion： The method is selective and sensitive,it can be used to detect the illegal slimming TCM and health products.
