摘要
目的:研究β-环糊精包合松节油的最佳工艺。方法:超声法制备包合物。以松节油的包合率为指标,用正交试验法探讨制备包合物的最佳工艺条件。结果:β-环糊精与松节油的比例为8:1(g:ml),包合温度40℃,包合时间20 min,为最佳制备工艺,松节油包合前后的成分未发现改变。结论:该制备方法简单、包合工艺合理。
Objective: To study the β-cyclodextrin inclusion techniques for turpentine. Method: the inclusion complex was prepared by ultrasonic method, the best inclusion condition was selected by orthogonal design. Result: The best inclusion condition was estabilished as β-cyclodextrin:turpentine was 8:1 (g·ml^-1 ) ,the inclusion temperature and time was 40 ℃ for 20 min. Conclusion: The method is simple,the process technology is reasonable.
