松节油β-环糊精包合物的工艺优化

目的:研究β-环糊精包合松节油的最佳工艺。方法:超声法制备包合物。以松节油的包合率为指标,用正交试验法探讨制备包合物的最佳工艺条件。结果:β-环糊精与松节油的比例为8:1(g:ml),包合温度40℃,包合时间20 min,为最佳制备工艺,松节油包合前后的成分未发现改变。结论:该制备方法简单、包合工艺合理。

Objective： To study the β-cyclodextrin inclusion techniques for turpentine. Method： the inclusion complex was prepared by ultrasonic method, the best inclusion condition was selected by orthogonal design. Result： The best inclusion condition was estabilished as β-cyclodextrin：turpentine was 8：1 （g·ml^-1 ） ,the inclusion temperature and time was 40 ℃ for 20 min. Conclusion： The method is simple,the process technology is reasonable.
