摘要
目的:制备喷昔洛韦凝胶并制定质量控制方法。方法:以卡波姆为基质制备喷昔洛韦凝胶,用HPLC法测定喷昔洛韦的含量。结果:喷昔洛韦在60-120μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率100．2％,RSD=0．9％。结论:处方设计合理,制备方法可行,质量控制方法可靠。
Objective： To prepare the penciclovir gels and establish a quality control method, Method： Penciclovir gels was prepared with carbomer as base. The content of penciclovir was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Result： The calibration curve was linear between 60 - 180 μg· ml^-1. The recovery was 100.2% with RSD 0. 9%. Conclusion： The formula was rational. The preparation and quality control was reliable.
