摘要
给出齿轮随机疲劳载荷的计数方法(gear counting method,GCM)。与传统方法相比,这种方法能够充分描述齿轮齿根部位所承受的应力应变过程,反映齿轮的疲劳损伤机理,更准确地为疲劳计算提供载荷条件。给出具体的计算方法,编制计数程序,通过具体实例,比较GCM计数方法与传统雨流计数方法的不同。
The counting method for gears was given. The method described the characteristics of gear＇ s loads more fully than the traditional rainflow counting method. It will give an accurate load for gear fatigue design. The details of the counting method for gears was given and the program was designed. An example was given to compare the difference between the counting method for gears and rainflow counting method.
