摘要
为了研制带有可变喷油正时的斜槽式喷油泵,建立了优化柴油机工作过程的单目标函数的非线性规划数学模型,并应用序列加权因子(SWIFT)法进行了求解.对SKL 8NVD-36A型中速四冲程增压柴油机分别按照负荷特性和推进特性进行计算,设计出两种具有特殊线型头部的喷油泵柱塞.经试验证实,这种新型喷油泵在部分负荷下,可使有效耗油率下降1.5~2.5%.
For developing a new injection pump of Bosch type with various injection timing and optimizing the diesel engine working cycie, we have established a nonlinear programming mathematic model of a single objective function and have it solved by means of the sequential weight increasing factor technique (SWIFT). As regards to 3NVD-36A four-stroke supercharged diesel engine, according to its load and propeller characteristics,two injection pump plungers with special head shapes are separately worked out. It has been proved by experiments that the specific fuel consumption can,with the engine underpartial load,be reduced by about 1. 5-2. 5% with this new economized injection pump.
