为解决某大型绘图仪传动系统回差经常超差的问题,将传动系统各元件的制造误差视作随机误差,采用概率统计方法对各传动元件的空程差进行分析计算,找出影响回差的主要因素．经长时间生产实践证明,通过传动系统改进设计,在不提高零件加工精度的前提下,使该绘图仪回差的一次检验合格率由35．2%提高到100%,用户满意率和工厂效益大幅度提高．
