摘要
从质量、资信、竞争力、响应以及服务等方面出发,构建了承修商评价指标体系.利用可拓模型与关联函数理论,研究承修商综合评价方法.从航空公司评价承修商的实际情况出发,采用模糊群决策方法确定权数,并根据基于侧距的关联函数计算综合关联度,将多指标的评价归结为单目标决策,给出定量的数值评定结果,直观地反映承修商的综合表现,为航空公司选择承修商提供决策支持.结合实例验证了该方法的有效性.
A criteria system was established to evaluate the supplier comprehensively from quality, aptitude, competitiveness, response and service. According to matter-element model, extension mathematical method and dependent function theory, a matter - element model of spare parts maintenance supplier evaluation was built to select the best supplier. Just as the practice that Airline Company evaluates suppliers, the attribute weight was solved by fuzzy group decision-making method, and a kind of dependent function based on side distance was adopted to calculate the synthetic relation degree. Thus, the multi-ingredient of maintenance supplier evaluation was transformed into the single-object decision, and the calculated results directly show the integrative level of the supplier, which aids decision-making of spare parts maintenance supplier selection for Airline Company. An exemplification is given to verify proposed approach.
