以企业资源中的矛盾问题作为研究对象,以可拓策略生成的研究成果作为理论基础,按照人类解决矛盾问题的思维模式,建立相应的可拓模型．并根据已经建立的可拓模型,以企业资金问题为例,结合Win- dows软件开发技术,详细阐述了企业资源矛盾问题分析与求解系统的设计与实现．

Enterprise resources have extensible property. This paper takes enterprise resources problem as research subject and extenics strategy generation research as theory basis. Build extenies model according to the thinking rules of human beings to solve problems. Taking funds problem of enterprise resources as an instance, based on the extenies model, combining with Windows software development technology, this paper depicts the design and implementation for the analysis and solving system of enterprise resources problems.
