摘要
目的:探讨兔移植肺组织中是否发生Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞胀亡现象及其可能的生物学意义。方法:26对大耳白兔进行左侧单肺移植,另分别选6只大耳白兔作缺血再灌注损伤的阴性对照和不做任何处理的空白对照,利用透射电镜及病理学等技术,检测移植肺组织中Ⅱ型肺泡上皮的胀亡现象、MDA含量及SOD活力,分析细胞胀亡在肺移植中可能的生物学作用。结果:移植肺组织中主要是Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞发生胀亡,Ⅱ型上皮细胞胀亡的发生与MDA、SOD有关;与健侧肺、阴性对照及空白对照肺相比,移植肺发生较强的排斥反应,且组织中存在更多的胀亡细胞。结论:兔肺移植排斥反应中主要是Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞发生胀亡,Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞胀亡可能在肺移植排斥反应中起重要作用。
Aim : To investigate the occurrence and biological potential of type- Ⅱ alveolar cellular oncosis in the rejection of rabbit pulmonary transplantation. Methods: A total of 26 pairs of rabbits received left pulmonary transplantation. The left lungs of 6 rabbits which were established ischemia-reperfusion model and 6 normal controls were harvested as negrive control and normal control. The alveolar cellular oncosis, and the related MDA and SOD activity in transplanted lung tissue were detected using transmission electron microscope and pathological techniques. Results: More type-Ⅱ alveolar cells presented oncosis in transplanted lung tissue, and oncosis might associated with MDA and SOD activity. Rare oncosis emerged in the contrary lungs and the negative-control lung tissue. Conclusion: Type-Ⅱ alveolar cellular oncosis might play an important role in the pulmonary transplantation rejection in rabbits.
