摘要
目的:观察不同冠状动脉病变程度患者肱动脉血管扩张程度和内皮素及一氧化氮。方法:选择冠心病患者90例,其中冠脉单支病变48例(A组)、2支病变28例(B组)、陈旧性心肌梗死14例(C组)。采用高分辨超声测定肱动脉的内皮依赖血流介导的扩张反应(FMD),并检测血管活性因子内皮素(ET)和一氧化氮(NO)。结果:A组分别与B组及C组比较,FMD、ET、NO差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而B、C组上述参数差异无统计学意义。结论:内皮功能障碍程度与冠脉病变程度有关。
Aim: To observe the changes of endothelin, NO and dilatation of brachial artery in patients with different degree of coronary artery lesions. Methods: Ninety patients with coronary disease were allocated into three groups: 48 patients with single coronary artery disease( group A), 28 patients with double coronary artery disease( group B) ,and 14 patients with old myocardial infarction( group C). The endothelium-dependent flow-mediated dilatation(FMD) of brachial artery was determined with ultrosound, and the levels of endothelin(ET) and NO in these three groups were measured, respectively. Results: There was significant difference between group A and group B and C in the FMD, ET, and NO, respectively, (P 〈 0.05) , however, there was no significant difference between group B and group C. Conclusion: Endothelium-dependent vasodilatation is associated with the the lesion of coronary artery.
