郑州地区夏初尸食性麻蝇生长发育规律观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨郑州地区夏初尸食性麻蝇的生长发育规律,为该地区该季节人体死亡时间推断提供法医昆虫学依据。方法:以人肝组织作为诱饵和培养物,观察郑州地区夏初尸食性麻蝇的生长演变过程及特点。结果:在郑州地区夏初,尸食性麻蝇首先飞临尸体产蛆,培养物放置48h见麻蝇幼蛆,幼蛆体长在幼蛆出生后的72h内与生长时间呈近似的直线关系。幼蛆出生后144h变蛹,19d变蝇。结论:郑州地区夏初季节尸食性麻蝇的生长发育具有明显的规律性,可为该地区推断人体死亡时间提供依据。 Aim : To study the growing rule of Sarcophaga carnaria in early summer in Zhengzhou City in order to find out the exact data for estimation of the postmortem interval for this region. Methods: Human liver tissue pieces were acquired from autopsy as bait and food for flies and then the developmental behaviours of Sarcophaga carnaria was observed. ReSultS : Sarcophaga carnaria were the first to arrive at the bait to bear larvae. They bore larvae at 48 h after the bait being put. There was a pseudo-linear relationship between the larvae's average length and their growing time from birth to 72 h after birth. The larvae pupated after 144 h and the pupae hatched at 19 d after birth. Conclusion: The growing rule of Sarcophaga carnaria is obvious in early summer in Zhengzhou City,which could be used to estimate the postmortem interval in Zhengzhou City.
