在分析我国矿产资源开发利用形势和现状的基础上,提出树立科学的自然资源观,指出了实现资源合理开发利用的有效途径以及政府在政策层面上应采取的措施。

Based on the actual situation analysis of mineral resources exploitation and utilization in China, this paper puts forward a scientific viewpoint for mineral resource exploitation, and proposes effective, approaches for rational resource development and utilization and the strategic measures that the government should to take for mineral resource exploitation.
