摘要
学习型组织是指通过培养建立起来的一种能充分发挥员工的创造性思维能力的学习气氛,具有高度柔性、扁平化、符合人性、能持续发展的特点。根据西方新制度经济学的观点,学习型组织在本质上是一种减少交易费用的制度创新。创建学习型银行是金融企业在实践中对彼得.圣吉理论的运用和摸索,也是为应对入世带来的激烈竞争所进行的制度创新和组织创新。
This paper introduces the connotation of learning organization. It has the characteristics of simple scale, fiat organization, strong flexibility, good self-creation ability, continuous learning and autonomous management. On the theory of the new institutional economics, learning organization is a kind of innovation of institution to decrease the transactions cost. Facing the WTO, banks apply Peter M. Senge' s theory and transfer their banks into learning banks, but there is something wrong in their practical application of the theory about how to build learning organization.
