摘要
随着我国旅游市场竞争加大,旅游广告日益增多,其中违法广告占据很大的比例。在列举了问题旅游广告的基础之上,通过对我国目前旅游广告管理现状,尤其是旅游广告监督管理中存在的主要问题的分析,寻求加强旅游广告管理的有效途径,建议建立完善的法律法规体系,加大相关行政主管部门依法监管的力度,切实解决当前旅游广告存在的诸多问题。
Along with the intensive competition in China' s travel industry, more and more tour advertisements, which include many unlawful ones, are appearing, There exist some deficiencies in managing the tour advertisement. The author analyzes the main problems in tour advertisement management. It is suggested that the government should establish the regulating systems in order to constrain the unlawful tour advertisements.
