教学质量是高等教育的生命线。建立高校内部教学评估体系是提高高等学校教学工作水平的有效途径。依据系统科学和管理科学的基本原理,提出了以科学发展观构建高校内部教学评估体系的思路。

The teaching quality is the lifeline for higher education. The effective way to improve the high education quality is to establish an internal teaching evaluation system for universities. Based on the principles of the system theory and management science, this article proposes how to establish the internal teaching evaluation system for universities from the viewpoint of scientific development.
