Effects of Organic-inorganic Complex Fertilizers on Several Enzymesand Yield and Quality of Pak-choi

摘要 采用田间小区试验研究了有机无机复混肥对小白菜C、N代谢关键酶活性及其产量与品质的影响。结果表明,施用有机无机复混肥能增强小白菜叶片中的蔗糖合成酶、蔗糖磷酸合成酶和硝酸还原酶活性,提高小白菜可食部分维生素C、可溶性糖、蛋白氮、天冬氨酸、丙氨酸、异亮氨酸和叶片中叶绿素的含量,增加小白菜产量,减少小白菜可食部分硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐的含量。 Effects of organic-inorganic complex fertilizers on several enzymes, yield and quality of Pak-choi were studied by field experiment. The result showed that the organic-inorganic complex fertilizers could enhance the activities of sucrose-phosphate synthetase (SPS) and sucrose synthetase (SS) and NR in leaves, increase the yield of Pak-choi, promote the content of vitamin C, soluble sugar, protein, aspartic acid, alanine and isoleucine in the eatable part of Pak -choi and decrease the content of nitrate and inferior nitrate in the eatable part of Pak-choi.
