试论平衡记分卡评价企业绩效的有效运用 被引量:1

摘要 平衡记分卡通过财务、客户、内部经营、学习和成长等四个方面的多种指标,揭示了业绩产生的动因,是20世纪90年代以来企业战略业绩评价方面的重大创新,受到理论界和实务界的广泛关注。本文从平衡记分卡绩效评价体系的研究出发,介绍平衡记分卡这一种新型的评价指标体系,结合中国企业实际,探讨其在评价企业绩效上的有效运用,以期能引起管理当局及相关人士的关注。
